PRETAL products have gained respect and notoriety within
the field of design and manufacturing of numerous products.

Our R&D department is engaged in the development of superior
access door products and related safety items. The PRETAL
access doors are designed for intensive usage under a variety
of weather conditions. Committed to ongoing research and
development, our innovative team, masters the latest technology,
respond to changing industry needs with unique and revolutionary
specialty products, backed by senior level dedication, which
exemplifies our superior engineering capabilities.

We hope that the information compelled within this quality
working tool, designed in such a way, to make it efficient and
easy to use, will help you with your projects such as municipal
water and wastewater systems, underground equipment vaults,
hydro electric chambers and telecommunication enclosures.

Warranty

All PRETAL (PTL) products and all aluminum and/or stainless
steel and/or galvanized steel components are guaranteed
for any fabrication defects for a period of one (1) year from
the date of delivery. Any part that fails in normal use will be
replaced at no charge (labor and material carried out in our plant)
on condition that they be sent back at client expense to our
facilities for inspection. All costs related to the site are at
client’s expenses.

This warranty will become invalid if products are improperly
installed and/or modified, changed, damaged, tampered with
or used in an application for which it is not designed and/or
not properly maintenance and/or if the owner and/or his
employees and/or his sub-contractor act with negligence.

No consequential damages of any kinds are implied or included
in this warranty

Groupe G&G ltée. reserves the right to modify PRETAL (PTL)
products without prior notice.
